Got good news and 'bad news'.....The good news is a most favorable report on the stimulation of our senses during our recent 19 day trip around and in the 'Nordic Countries' plus Russia, Germany, Poland and Iceland. The bad new is a return weight of 228.2.....EAT AND DRANK MY ASS OFF (actually on). However, I shall not be swayed from my goal of 200 or below by Thanksgiving. Decided to return to the Gym as the only place I can really do a 'cardio/resistance' workout in this climate. Besides, the hardest part of returning to the Gym is 'GETTING THERE'.

221.8 this AM and 219.6 after 'big sweat' yesterday. Doing 25 pushups each day and seeking to execute with 'perfect form'..... not there yet. Been eating one meal a day for about the last 3-4 days and seem to be OK with that. Still need to hydrate more. About a week to go to get below 220.....I will make it.

225.6 this morning ..... going down. Too hot to go outside and sweat via exercise plus the Sun's too dangerous!! Still doing good at 'the table'. Did 20 push ups today and also going up but my left shoulder (anterior deltoid) aches like hell....partly due to the pushups but mostly due to the downward titration of the 'prednesone' I've been on. Mayby the exercise will eventually be good....HOPE SO. Not exactly sure what to do about the aching....heat, cold, pills??????
