221.8 this AM and 219.6 after 'big sweat' yesterday.  Doing 25 pushups each day and seeking to execute with 'perfect form'..... not there yet.  Been eating one meal a day for about the last 3-4 days and seem to be OK with that.  Still need to hydrate more.  About a week to go to get below 220.....I will make it.
