Got good news and 'bad news'.....The good news is a most favorable report on the stimulation of our senses during our recent 19 day trip around and in the 'Nordic Countries' plus Russia, Germany, Poland and Iceland. The bad new is a return weight of 228.2.....EAT AND DRANK MY ASS OFF (actually on). However, I shall not be swayed from my goal of 200 or below by Thanksgiving. Decided to return to the Gym as the only place I can really do a 'cardio/resistance' workout in this climate. Besides, the hardest part of returning to the Gym is 'GETTING THERE'.
