225.6 this morning ..... going down.  Too hot to go outside and sweat via exercise plus the Sun's too dangerous!!  Still doing good at 'the table'.  Did 20 push ups today and also going up but my left shoulder (anterior deltoid) aches like hell....partly due to the pushups but mostly due to the downward titration of the 'prednesone' I've been on.  Mayby the exercise will eventually be good....HOPE SO.  Not exactly sure what to do about the aching....heat, cold, pills??????

  1. 20 pushups is impressive. Hard for anyone.
    I was 140.2 lbs after workout on Thurs, tonight Sun. after dinner and a quart and a half of orange juice, I'm nearly 147. I'll wake up around 143-144. My point is that if I can vary 7 lbs at different times in 3 days, so can you.

  3. Last night I reached 147.8 lbs, woke up and weighed 143.6... a more than 4 lb drop in 14 hrs. One of my largest overnight weight drops. Also, I have a vertical 'physician's scale' ... so, I'm not kidding. Typical 'bathroom floor scales' I've found can vary and be a few lbs off.
