226.2 this morning. Did a three mile 'sweater' yesterday (almost passed out)...too much in 100+ heat. Weighed 224.6 after. Am feeling much more 'alive' these days, which is a good feeling. Still need to hydrate more. Sleeping kind of funny.....anxiety dreams. Saw my knee doctor yesterday and he said 'all is well' and my right knee is at least 3 years away from intervention. Think I'll cut it back to two miles today until the temp is lower.
Today, doing projects, on my feet alot, unlike most days where I sit around and wait to suffer on the track. Even after a meal, I'm right at my 'out of bed weight' since I've been on my feet. Makes a huge difference.
